Brief

Commercial Manager needed working for a Full fibre Broadband provider based in Exeter who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Commercial Manager that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate will support with commercial management of key supplier's and contracts, and ensure that the business is properly supported with appropriate premises and facilities. The successful candidate must have a solid background of commercial and contractual negotiation of contracts.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Commercial Manager will include:

• Working with the central procurement team, ensuring that the appropriate processes, systems and governance are in place to support our purchasing needs
• Overseeing the delivery of key contracts to ensure that key obligations are met and that suppliers are performing to the level required
• Developing and maintaining a contracts database to provide visibility of businesses commitments, liabilities and obligations
• Developing and maintaining a flexible premises strategy and operating plan to support the evolving needs and growth of the business.

What experience you need to be the successful Commercial Manager:

• Extensive experience of commercial and contractual negotiation of contracts
• Strong finance back ground
• Experience working on multiple contracts at a time
• Experience in managing client relationships
