Salary relevant to experience from £75,000 up to over £85,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

Brief

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading engineering consultancy specialising in defence and aerospace. We are looking for a compensation and benefits expert to join the People team to work with and advise senior stakeholders across the business on a range of compensation and benefits topics, including but not limited to:

• Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation & Benefits, using expertise to challenge and influence traditional view of reward
• Position the business as an Employer of Choice and suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent
• Review / design bonus programmes, ensuring they are fit for purpose for the business and for employees
• Working with a range of stakeholders to deliver the Benefits review across the wider group of UK businesses
• Designing a compelling benefits brochure for the business (and wider group of UK businesses) which brings to life our EVP for current and future employees.

What experience you need to be the successful applicant:

• Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist / manager
• Prior experience and knowledge of best practices
• Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
