Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer required by a highly progressive, technical recruitment company based in East Grinstead, to join the delivery team.
The Delivery Team here at Gold Group focusses on a number of the business' key clients forging partnerships and ensuring a high level of service, delivering to their recruitment needs. Due to our continued success, individual progression and growth, we are on the lookout for a new Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to be a part of a fully established team in fast paced environment.
Some of the main duties of the Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer will include:
- Contacting candidates, predominantly via telephone and discussing new opportunities in line with their profiles and client requirements, building rapport and creating lasting relationships
- Identifying candidate profiles using our internal database, job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Creating and maintaining a candidate pool, keeping up to date with industry news and relevant information
- Gaining market intelligence
- Generating leads
- Posting job adverts
To be considered as a Delivery Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer you should have the following:
- Great written and spoken manner
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ideally Degree Qualified
