  • Extensive experience in contract management or related roles within the defense industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex defense contracts, including negotiation, execution, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of defense contracting regulations, policies, and procedures (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
