£300 to £350 per day (Outside IR35)
An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator with strong residential experience to join a well regarded, leading residential developer with projects across the South East.
The Estimator will be tasked with preparing cost plans and compiling costs on developments covering the M4 corridor, across North West London and into Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire.
Estimators considering this opportunity must have experience working for a residential developer or house builder in the UK and a solid understanding of all estimating functions. You'll also need strong communication skills alongside a driven approach.
This is a long term contract opportunity with a day rate of £300-350 per day based on experience. The role is home based although you will be required to travel to the office for meetings a few times a month.
