* Act as the first point of escalation for Applications support for multiple applications
* Deliver professional 1st, 2nd & 3rd line Applications support
* Troubleshoot various problems arising in day-to-day work and fix these issues
* Triage & investigation of application support incidents & service requests
* Management of incident tickets logged with 3rd party suppliers
* Developing new technology solutions
* Call/bug logging and testing
* Creating and debugging SQL procedures
* Querying SQL Databases
