IT Service Operations Analyst needed for a organisation based in Horsham, West Sussex, who are looking to employ an experienced IT Service Operations Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of IT service management processes, ITIL framework, incident management, ITSM tolls, eg Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira, Agile

Some of the main duties of the IT Service Operations Analyst will include:
* Ensuring policies and processes are periodically reviewed and updated for Service Operations
* Supporting on tracking and overseeing Continuous Service Improvements and Risk management items in Service Operations
* Helping to create regular service performance reports and updating Digital service dashboards
* Act as a single point of contact for inbound Service Operations queries
* Work alongside the Incident & Problem Manager to manage P1/P2 incidents in line with the Major incident process
* Support in leading calls with internal and external 3rd parties to progress Incident & Problem Management actions
In order to be the successful IT Service Operations Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* Knowledge of best practice IT Service Management processes (ITIL)e.g. Incident Management
* Experience of supporting production IT services utilising the ITIL framework
* Working collaboratively across multiple teams, departments, and alongside third-party suppliers
* Ability to lead on small pieces of work with minimal direct management
* An appetite for analysis and a desire to solve problems
* 2+ years' experience in an ITIL service role
* Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders or customers
* Experience of ITSM tools, e.g. Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
