We are looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager to join a dynamic and fast paced Solar PV team!
As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to design, construct and operate cutting-edge Solar PV Systems across the UK!
Job: Project Manager - Solar PV (Commercial)
Type: Full-time / Permanent / Monday - Friday
Location: Cornwall
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead project management of Solar PV Installations throughout the design, construction and installations phases.
- Ensure project Health & Safety compliance including risk assessments and method statements
- Oversee deign subcontractors and engineers
- Manage project finances, design and procurement
- Provide technical expertise for feasibility stage projects
- Collaborate with DNOs, suppliers and consultants
- Conduct on-site visits to assess suitability for solar installations
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in the renewable energy industry with a focus on commercial Solar PV design, installation and operation
- Strong commitment and understanding of health and safety regulations and legislation as applicable to construction
- Proficiency in project finances and budgeting
- Methodical, detail-oriented and process driven
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and 2D AutoCAD
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, working at height certification (Desired)
- Experience with ArcGIS (Desired)
- Familiarity with Autodesk Civil3D (Desired)
