As our Service Provider Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that all subcontractor interventions meet the highest Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. Your work ensures that critical scientific equipment is maintained and qualified safely and efficiently, safeguarding both personnel and operations.

What you'll do:

• Collect and verify all prerequisite documentation from subcontractors (authorisations, training certificates, prevention plans, posted work declarations).
• Support the supplier approval process and participate in the renewal of prevention plans.
• Welcome and guide service providers on-site, ensuring seamless integration into the client environment.
• Collect, review, and monitor subcontractor protocols and reports to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain and update monitoring databases to track compliance and performance metrics.

Who we're looking for:

• Experience or knowledge in QHSE within laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments.
• Bac+2 to Bac+3 diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong rigor, interpersonal skills, and a sense of customer service.
• Fluent in French and proficiency in English (read, written, spoken) and intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
