Quantum Consultant (Quantity Surveyor)
Central London
£40,000 to £80,000 + package + bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing construction claims & dispute consultancy as a Quantum Consultant in Central London.
The successful Quantum Consultant will be working closely with the businesses senior management team and other consultants and providing a variety of different services including Quantum Analysis, Advocacy Services and Party Representative work, Contract & Procurement Advisory Services, Claims & Dispute Management, Project Evaluation and Commercial Advisory Services. You'll be working for a wide array of clients including the UK's leading main contractors, specialist subcontractors and end users on both construction and infrastructure projects across the country.
The Quantum Consultant will be offered a position that includes exposure to a wide array of different projects, the support of a friendly, experienced and well regarded management team and a competitive salary & package that includes:
- Starting salary of £40,000 to £80,000

Quantum Consultants considering this position will need to have come from a consultancy background, ideally with some previous claims and dispute experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in this field full time. Candidates that are chartered with a relevant body and those with a MSc in Construction Law will be at an advantage. You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to work in London on a regular basis.
