An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with a background in civil engineering to join the growing team of an established and independently owned consultancy.
The Senior Planning Engineer will join an established team and will be responsible for providing expert planning services to key clients, supporting them with the delivery of notable infrastructure projects.
The Senior Planning Engineer will initially support two major infrastructure projects in Hertfordshire which are due to commence in early 2024. This is a hybrid role split between lives sites circa 2/3 days per week and the remainder of the week split between modern offices in Central London and remote working.

The Senior Planning Engineer will need to demonstrate a background in civil engineering and a solid track record in site-based planning on large civils infrastructure projects. In addition, they require very strong client facing skills, advanced Primavera P6 skills and a good working knowledge of NEC contract.
CANDIDATE
- Hold a construction related qualification - HNC/HND/Degree
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6
- Good understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Previous experience planning civils infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contract
