A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planning Engineer to join a major name in the construction industry who have recently won an iconic major project based in Central London. The Senior Planning Engineer will join a major force in main contracting, a leading specialist in the delivery of large construction schemes in the UK and overseas.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be site based on a high specification, luxury residential scheme based in Central London that is valued at circa £500m. Overseeing the planning function they will play a key role in the projects successful delivery by working closely with the Project Director and making sure the construction programme is communicated effectively to the site team.
The Senior Planning Engineer will join a dynamic organization that offer genuine opportunities to develop their careers into senior management roles. To be considered you must be an expert in construction planning and be able to demonstrate a track record of site based planning which has been gained within a main contracting environment.
Candidate
- Must have a solid construction planning background which has been gained within a main contracting environment.
- Demonstrate a wealth of site based experience on projects including commercial, residential, healthcare, mixed use etc
- Hold a construction related qualification - HND/HNC/Degree
- Strong understand of the construction process and techniques
- First class communication skills
On offer is a competitive salary of between £80-95,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package that includes a car allowance of £8,000, travel allowance, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical, bonus and other great benefits.
