An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading main contractor on a recently won project based in East London. The Senior Planning Engineer will join a major name in the UK construction industry who are well known for their expertise in delivering technically challenging projects.
The Senior Planning Engineer will be site based in East London on an exciting mixed use development which comprises of residential towers, hotel, car park, retail space and leisure facilities. The Senior Planning Engineer will work closely with the Project Director and play a key role in the successful delivery of the project. They will oversee all planning activities in Asta Powerproject and ensure the programme is communicated to the site team.
The Senior Planning Engineer will join a company with a very strong order book. They will support the Head of Planning and help to provide training and development to the junior team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join a dynamic and forward thinking main contractor.
Candidate
- Solid construction planning experience gained within a main contracting environment
- Demonstrate a track record of site based construction planning.
- Experience delivering construction projects over £50m.
- Proficient user of Asta Powerproject planning software
- Strong understanding of construction process and techniques.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Team player
On offer is a competitive salary of between £80-95,000 per annum plus an attractive benefits package that includes an annual car allowance of £7,000, pension, healthcare, life assurance, private medical, 33 days holiday, flexible benefits scheme and other great benefits.
