The leading mission critical solution organisation based in Hertfordshire are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Senior Systems Engineer that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge in RF communication systems engineering and design.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Senior Systems Engineer will include:

• Responsible for systems engineering lifecycle including the management of Requirements Capture, Management, Validation and Verification.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation.
• Provide System Test documentation to support product verification
• Review and provide input to program and contract work breakdown structure (WBS), work packages and the integrated master plan (IMP)
• Drive change where necessary to meet the strategic objectives of the business.

What experience you need to be the successful Senior Systems Engineer:

• Proven working experience in RF communication systems engineering and design
• Sound working knowledge of Communications Networks
• Able to demonstrate Configuration Management skills
• Basics of TCP/IP Protocol Suits & OSI Model (IP, SRP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP)
