Service Coordinator - On-Site (Marcy-l'Étoile, France)
Are you ready to take your coordination and technical skills to the next level in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Join a leading provider of scientific instrumentation and laboratory solutions, supporting one of their key pharmaceutical clients on-site in Marcy-l'Étoile.
This role is centered on coordinating and optimizing after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of specialized service contracts that support laboratory operations. You'll be at the heart of the action, organizing service visits, managing technical operations, and liaising directly with both customers and technical teams.
What You'll Do:
- Organize, plan, and optimize customer service visits and technical operations on-site.
- Serve as the primary operational interface with the customer, maintaining regular communication and ensuring all service commitments are met.
- Coordinate the allocation of work orders and manage technical priorities within the team.
- Monitor ongoing services, track the delivery of spare parts, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage the fleet of service vehicles and support internal maintenance activities.
- Ensure high-quality execution of work orders and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to report activities, monitor KPIs, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Who You Are:
- Holder of BAC +2 to +5 in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Electronics, or equivalent technical training.
- Familiar with laboratory techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, Mass Spectrometry; multi-brand experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in maintenance or technical coordination is highly valued.
- Comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) and eager to learn new software systems.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional level English and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with international teams.
- Able to multitask and enthusiastic about learning new techniques and products.
