Brief

Systems Engineer for a multinational Aerospace-engineering organisation-based Gloucester who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Systems Engineer that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate would desirably have a relevant experience in Systems Engineering and have a keen interest in Systems Engineering. If you have Systems Engineer experience within the Defence or aerospace industry this is advantageous.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Systems Engineer will include:

• Manage and document engineering project requirements per the Requirements Management Plan.
• Validate internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain product specification documents for internal and customer approval
• Collaborate with Engineering Design and DMU configurators for product configuration, Capture and manage Interfaces/Definition Control Models for traceability.

What experience you need to be the successful Senior electrical Design Engineer:

• Profound knowledge of Aerospace Cabin Interior Systems (Galleys, Seats, etc.).
• Experience in defining operational, functional, and physical requirements using MBSE tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Expertise in progressing DFMEA within cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with aircraft industry standards, regulations, and qualification requirements.
