The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Systems Engineer?

  • Collaborating with the engineering team to achieve outstanding project results.
  • Participating in internal and external meetings, shaping the direction of projects with your insights.
  • Maintaining organised documentation in line with local operating procedures and industry best practices.

What are we looking for in our next Systems Engineer?

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in requirements management within complex systems engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading requirements management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to validate and optimise system requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, excelling in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to systems engineering and requirements management.
