Talent Acquisition Manager needed for a Renewable Energy company based in Reading who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Talent Acquisition Manager that takes pride in their work undertaking tasks.

The successful candidate would have a relevant qualification or excellent knowledge of CIPD level 5 or equivalent and have a keen interest in within the Renewable Energy sector.

What the role entails:

  • Create attraction and recruitment strategies resulting in high calibre talent being recruited across the company
  • Develop and execute in-house sourcing strategies via a range of online tools and platforms
  • Maintain a strong understanding of previous recruitment spend to continually monitor and maintain in-house recruitment and cost savings achieved
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers through all aspects of recruitment; shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, fair evaluation & selection methods, extending offers, and providing feedback
  • Supporting hiring managers on the completion of inclusive job descriptions that allow us to attract quality talent
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers whilst maintaining 'value delivery'

What experience you need to be the successful Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Hands-on experience of working as a full-cycle recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist
  • Well-developed in-house search and sourcing techniques are vital (LinkedIn etc.,)
  • A background in renewable energy is highly desirable, energy related/construction/projects industry experience would also be advantageous
  • Knowledge of employment law CIPD level 5 or equivalent
