Technical Records Administrator
Location: London Gatwick
Duration: 6 months (likely extension)
The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all the Aviation company and customer technical records comply with internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Key Skills: Experience working within a Part-145 MRO.
So, what will you be doing as a Technical Records Administrator?
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Collect, review, and file paperwork from check management, distributing corrections as needed.
- Audit all Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, work packs, and engineering documentation.
- Compile reports for the Lead Technical Records Administrator and the company's management.
- Scan and electronically file documentation according to local procedures.
- Use AMOS/STREAM to support Technical Records activities.
- Assist other departments as needed within capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain the Technical Records department in an audit-ready condition.
- Collaborate with Production Planning and Technical Services during maintenance projects.

- Previous experience working within a Part-145 MRO.
- Must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Desirable
- Previous experience of using AMOS and STREAM systems
