£400-460 per day (Outside IR35)
A new contract opportunity has arisen for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost and project management consultancy in Central London. The M&E Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the existing commercial team, providing support on a luxury hotel project in Central London.
This is a contract opportunity, initially with a duration of up to 6 months but with a strong possibility of a long term extension. The rate on offer is £400-460 per day (based on experience) and outside of IR35.
The M&E Quantity Surveyor must have a proven track record of working for a main contractor or consultancy in the UK on either mechanical or electrical installations on new build or refurbishment projects. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong contract knowledge and post contract experience. You'll also need to be available to interview and start at short notice.
