Days - Monday to Friday
Production Manager needed for a bespoke manufacturing company based in Hythe who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Production Manager that takes pride in their work undertaking tasks.
The successful candidate would have a relevant qualification or excellent knowledge of the Manufacturing sector.

What the role entails:
- Full responsibility for controlling staff
- Active role "on the shop floor"
- Identify staffing levels and arrange shifts accordingly
- Maintain an environment of continuous improvement
- Working practices through target setting activities.
What experience you need to be the successful Production Manager:
- Production Managerial experience
- Experience within a CNC manufacturing environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
