Brief
Quality Manager needed for a leading defence and security organisation based in the Portsmouth area who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Quality Manager that takes pride in their work.
As Quality Manager you will be part of a team of 5 which makes up the Business Assurance Team. This role will offer you career development opportunities as you operate across the entire business
If you have previously worked within a defence or aerospace engineering background that would be a plus!
What the role of the Quality Manager entails:
Some of the main duties of the Quality Manager will include:
- Change management within quality
- Data processing - quality KPIs
- Continuous Improvement of processes
- Internal audit/assurance activities
- Managing 3rd party audits
- Lead/contribute/admin for assurance meetings
What experience you need to be the successful Quality Manager:
- Internal Auditing Qualification, preferably IRCA Lead Auditor Qualification
- Proven audit experience
- Solid level of organisational skills
- Ability to manage busy workload
- Ability to lead
In order to be eligible for this role you will need to undergo Security Clearance Background Checks that require you to be a UK resident and UK passport holder.
