An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen with a small yet busy and growing main contractor at their offices near to Cambridge. This established business delivers fit out and refurbishment work for clients across the UK with a keen focus on the hospitality and leisure sectors.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Commercial Director & Managing Director, pricing works and taking overall responsibility of the commercial delivery of each project. The projects vary in size from £100k to £3m and could include an extension to an existing building, refurbishment of a pub, a new coffee shop, hotel fit out or more.
The Quantity Surveyor will be an integral part of the business as they move forward and in turn, there will be opportunities for personal development that aren't always on offer within a smaller business. You'll also be offered a competitive salary & package that will include:
- Starting salary of £50,000 to £60,000
