Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager needed for a dynamic ecommerce organisation based in Croydon, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, with a strong background in business analysis, project management, SDLC, Prince2, Agile or Scrum, Strong stakeholder management, risk & issue management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager salary & benefits expectations:

• Salary: c £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

As a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand stakeholder requirements, capture business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyse and evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
• Work with the Chief Technology Officer to establish and implement an appropriate project delivery/management framework.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, roles, and responsibilities are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and relevant departments to gather requirements and align technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within the business.

To be the successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently within software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Recognized project management certification (e.g., CBAP, PRINCE2, AGILE, or SCRUM).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex, technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
• Expertise in using project management and ticketing software/tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project, JIRA).
• Technically competent with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrable ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
