Site Agent needed for a well-known Infrastructure organisation based in Winchester who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Site Agent that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of overseeing work, managing staff and holding a supervisor's qualification (SMSTS/SSSTS) as well as dealing with budget management.
The successful candidate would desirably have the following tickets - SMSTS/SSSTS, NRSWA, 12D Traffic Management, NVQ level 6 etc. If you have a background within the Highways that would be a plus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Site Agent will include:
Overseeing all work and manage engineers
Ordering plant and materials to support the smooth running of the works programme
Responsible for organising and planning a broad range of Highway Construction tasks
Ensure health and safety regulations are being adhered to
Risk assessments and progress reports are completed
What experience you need to be the successful Site Agent:
Customer facing experience
NRSWA Supervisor
12D Traffic Management T6/T7
NVQ level 6 or higher
CSCS Gold
SMSTS - Must have
Winter Maintenance Supervisor;
Good IT Skills
