Brief
Site Agent needed for a well-known infrastructure organisation based in West Sussex who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Site Agent that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of development of Highway Maintenance and Civil Engineering Contracting.
The successful candidate must hold the following certificates/tickets SMSTS, NVQ L6, NRSWA Supervisor and CSCS Managers card as well as having a keen interest in being a Site Agent. If you have Highways Maintenance experience / Construction, Design and Maintenance experience (CDM) that would be a plus!

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Site Agent will include:
Proactively collaborate with the other contract teams
Early contractor involvement scheme reviews to ensure effective, efficient and safe delivery of all works.
Develop and produce operational site documentation
Management of all site activities to ensure safe, on time, right first-time delivery.
Works are completed as specified in the design documentation; our customers standard Details and the specification of highway works
Responsible for ensuring the schemes completed as part of the planned works programme
What experience you need to be the successful Site Agent:
Full driving licence
SMSTS
NVQ L6
NRSWA Supervisor
CSCS Manages card
Project Management
Computer literate including Excel, Mobile devices
Experience in a similar field or role
