£65,000 to £75,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost & project management consultancy at their offices in London.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with the Director of Cost Management on a variety of projects across the R&D, Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical sectors with clients & projects across the UK & Europe.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a team of five to six Quantity Surveyors, overseeing the commercial delivery of each project from start to finish. You'll be tasked with the development of your team, working closely with the client and reporting to your senior management team throughout the full life cycle of each programme.
Associate Quantity Surveyors considering this role will need to have:
- Excellent client facing skills
- Ideally MRICS
- Experience of delivering projects within a similar sector
- Strong contract knowledge
- Happy travelling to Europe for 2-3 days a month
In return, the Associate Quantity Surveyor can expect:
- Starting salary of up to £75,000
