Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Home Based (with projects across the South East)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a busy, privately owned building consultancy delivering an increasing pipeline of projects across the South East of the UK. This is a home-based position, providing flexibility and work-life balance whilst still providing the opportunity to be part of a professional team.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the businesses plans for growth and success and undertaking a variety of duties including:

• Contract administration for a range of construction projects
• Conducting defect diagnosis and providing expert recommendations for remedial actions
• Developing and implementing planned maintenance programmes for various projects
• Handling all party wall awards

Chartered Building Surveyors considering this position will need to have previously worked as a Building Surveyor within a consultancy environment within the UK. You'll need to be chartered with the CIOB or RICS or working towards chartered status and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

In return, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be offered the opportunity to work on a fully remote basis with weekly travel to sites across the South East as required. You'll be working autonomously with support on offer where required and you can expect a competitive salary & package that includes:

• Starting salary of £50,000 to £65,000
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
