Associate Director (Quantum)
£90,000 to £95,000 + bonus
I have an opportunity for an Associate Director with experience in construction claims & dispute management to join a busy, professional consultancy at their offices in the City of London.
My client provides a variety of commercial and contractual services to major construction and engineering projects in the UK, Middle East & North America. With a professional team of 6, they provide the worlds leading construction businesses involved with large, high value and complex projects with a number of professional services, some of which include:
- Expert Witness and advisory services
- Claims & dispute management
- Quantum and delay analysis
- Project evaluation and recovery
- Commercial advisory
- Acting as party representatives
As an Associate Director, you'll be joining the senior management team and working closely with new and existing clients as well as providing the full spectrum of commercial consultancy services. You'll be instrumental in securing new work and building long lasting relationships with existing clients, you'll be utilising your experience within the PQS or main contracting world to provide contractual advice and you'll be taking cases through meditation, adjudication and arbitration.

Associate Directors considering this opportunity must have experience in a main contracting or PQS environment alongside a MSc in Construction Law from a UK university. You'll need first class communication skills, comfortable networking within the industry and sound commercial skills and abilities.
