Development Manager / Project Manager / Building Surveyor
North London, £65,000 - £75,000 + Package
We are currently working with a team who are keen to hire an experienced Project Manager who perhaps has experience gained from a building surveying background.
The role will involve managing projects in London up to £5m in value, spanning across refurbishment, conversion, and new build all within the residential space.
The position may well suit someone with both advisory and client side experience.
Interviews will be arranged over the next 2 weeks and the business is looking to appoint someone relatively soon.
